Return: 7 days from date of receipt for full refund. 30 days for store credit / exchange. No returns / credits will be accepted after this date. In order to process the return the item must be unworn, unaltered and all tags intact. The shipping cost to return the item is the responsibility of the customer and will not be included in the refund amount. After the item is received and inspected an email confirming the refund will be sent to you. Any questions regarding a return please do not hesitate to contact us at 516-221-2246. For the holidays exchanges / store credits will be issued on any returned items until 1/23/22
Terms of Service
Online orders typically take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. You should receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
We ship with USPS Priority Mail and shipments can take up to ten business days. If your purchase is less than $50, a flat fee of $6.95 will be applied to your bill for shipping within the continental United States. International shipments will be charged a $16.95 flat fee for purchases under $75.
